Anyone know the projected opening date?? Also, do you think it will be as rough aorund the edges like VFK is? Or will they release a more polished first beta?

I don't think they released the opening date yet.
And I really do hope its better graphics then VFK.

Only thing we know about the opening is "very soon". It's been in development for over a year... so you can tell it will have a "better" beta period.

Exactly-like ink said.They have been in developement for a very long time now.As for VFK,they only worked on it for about a month

Well I like the look of the grqaphics we have seen so far on the elf island page. I am hoping it will be a lot better. Will not take much to be better then some others I have seen. I hope it is opening next month-bet it will while I am gone on vacation

Im guessing August 1st! What better way to open then on the first day of a month? Just a guess, also, it will be better than VFK, easily can tell with the quality of the homepage and site. It's alot more "professional"

yay over a year! I never knew that..
finally a good beta and something that will have less bugs and more things to do! OH AUGUST 1ST! that would be great I would scream and dance all day ( except for when Im playing ) Laughing

Yep thats why we are brining the lap top to check in on our breaks or before bed. Can't wait to see it wish they would give us some more sneak peaks!

I wished it was open already Neutral

And I'm not getting my hopes up (well maybe just a little) LOL for any Beta period does have it's bugs to work on because once it goes live, that's how they truly know if it runs smoothly or not. I am expecting lag and some quirks here and there, but with the experience of working on a year long project, i'm hoping there were be a better running beta than vfk and other game sites.
