Yes, I have another suggestion.

I believe EIF may switch to vBulletin, if we do please ignore this suggestion.

On forumotion it is possible to do HTML pages, I am thinking Elf Island Forums may be able to use a HTML page as the site rules instead of a forum, and if you made another mushroom saying 'Rules', I think it would be easier for new members.
