I would think that the people who pre-registered for the game would get a chance to see the game first before it actually opens fully to the public.

Hmm, that is a very good point. Thanks for pointing that out. I wasn't much impressed with the sticker look to the characters, but now I can see the advantages of that.

wow that looks pretty cool but sadly i do not think it will be as good as vmk but who knows it may improve

Everyone needs to remember that this game is not a replacement for VMK.
VMK was it's own special game that will stay dear in our hearts. Look at this game as a new and exciting chance to try something different. I don't want a copy of VMK like VFK has done. Elf Island was being developed before VMK ever closed and VFK was put together to copy VMK for all those that wanted that same feel.

I say let's pass judgment once we all have a chance to get in to it and play a bit. Remember when VMK closed it looked different then when it opened. Games grow and change as I am sure Elf will do.

I am still looking forward to giving it a shot and see what happens.

Bug, I couldn't agree with you anymore, I would think they are rushing things to open to make sure were still interested in them, I'm sure the graphics will change, I am giving this a game a good shot.

I agree with you 100%, Bug. I want a game with a totally new experience and adventure. Elf Island was just what I'm looking for. I just hope people will stop saying, "this isn't as great as VMK". That's because it ISN'T VMK (surprised? )

I actually don't mind how the graphics of the characters look like. That is the least of my concerns for now. I'm interested in meeting up with my friends, making new friends, and playing the EI games.

The trailer really got me going.
